BTS’s V (Kim Taehyung) is gaining attention after a small but meaningful moment with a longtime fan in Portugal touched many fans online.
During BTS’s recent overseas schedule, the group traveled to Portugal via Dubai, marking their first time in nearly four years being seen departing together as a full group. While in Portugal, V was spotted visiting a local tart specialty bakery.
A fan who was working at the bakery later shared that she recognized V right away but chose not to approach him so she would not disturb him, showing respectful fan behavior.
After the visit, she uploaded a photo taken with V and wrote, “I just met Taehyung, but why does he look like he was made by AI,” expressing how unreal the moment felt.
The fan explained that while she stayed silent during the order, she softly said goodbye as V was leaving. After his manager mentioned that a fan was greeting him, V turned back, smiled warmly, and said, “Hello, thank you.”
The moment became even more special when V later returned to the bakery to pick up napkins. According to the fan, he gently hugged her and said, “Thank you so much.”
She also shared that after telling him she had been an ARMY for nine years, V personally asked, “Would you like to take a photo together?”
V’s kind words, gentle manners, and thoughtful actions, along with the fan’s decision to quietly respect his space, quickly spread online.
