Actor Park Bo Gum drew attention after showing visible nerves during an unexpected accident while filming tvN’s variety show Bogum Magical.
On the episode aired on the 6th, Park Bo Gum appeared extremely tense as he welcomed the barbershop’s very first customer. While carefully helping an elderly guest who requested both a haircut and hair dye, he became even more nervous when a second customer arrived and could not hide his pressure.
Park Bo Gum honestly shared, “I was really nervous. I want to finish quickly, but I have to do both the haircut and the dye,” showing how much responsibility he felt toward the waiting customers.
As he tried to move faster, Park Bo Gum accidentally cut his finger and quietly wiped away the blood so the customer would not feel uncomfortable.
He later explained, “The customer might feel uneasy. Since it’s my first customer and I wasn’t perfect, I wanted to do even better, but there wasn’t enough time, so I felt upset.”
Although he treated the wound with tissue paper and covered it with a glove, the bleeding continued, leaving him flustered.
His close friends Lee Sang Yi and Kwak Dong Yeon quickly stepped in, with one bringing a first aid kit and the other distracting the customer, showing strong teamwork and support.
Seeing Park Bo Gum soaked in sweat, Kwak Dong Yeon asked with concern, “How nervous were you?” Park Bo Gum replied honestly, “It’s because I’m nervous. Cutting hair in the army and cutting hair for elders is very different,” making viewers smile at his sincerity.
Despite the accident, Park Bo Gum’s calm effort to continue filming and his genuine concern for customers highlighted his professionalism and kind personality, leaving a strong impression on viewers.
