Channel A’s weekend drama Positively Yours, starring Choi Jin Hyuk and Oh Yeon Seo, is quickly proving its global appeal as it posts impressive rankings across major overseas platforms.
According to global OTT service Rakuten Viki, Positively Yours ranked No. 1 weekly in viewer numbers during its first week in multiple regions, including the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia.
The drama also entered the Top 5 in the Middle East and India, confirming its strong international response.
Notably, it reached No. 1 in a total of 116 countries, including the United States, Brazil, France, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and the Philippines.
The buzz is also strong in Japan. On the Japanese streaming platform U NEXT, the series ranked No. 1 in the Korean drama category for two consecutive weeks, continuing to draw steady attention from local viewers.
Based on a popular web novel and webtoon, Positively Yours gained interest even before its premiere. Since its first broadcast on January 17, viewers have responded positively to the drama’s fast paced storytelling and light romantic comedy tone, which make it easy to watch and widely appealing.
