Stray Kids have added another major milestone to their career, setting a new record as the first 4th generation K pop boy group to achieve this feat.
Stray Kids’ first full album repackage IN Life has officially surpassed 1.5 billion cumulative streams on Spotify, proving the group’s strong global popularity and long lasting impact. With this achievement, the group once again shows their status as a top global K pop act.
The record adds to Stray Kids’ already impressive list of achievements. In 2025, they made K pop history by landing seven and eight consecutive No. 1 debuts on the U.S. main album chart Billboard 200, and they continue to carry that momentum into 2026.
Beyond charts, Stray Kids are also expanding their global presence through major international stages. On January 22, they attended the charity event Le Gala des Pieces Jaunes at Paris La Defense Arena, where they performed alongside world famous artists.
Their appearance was especially meaningful as they were invited again after becoming the first K pop artists to perform at the event in 2024, drawing attention with their powerful stage.
The group is also set to headline major global music festivals, including The Governors Ball Music Festival this June and Rock in Rio in September.
With record breaking numbers and major global stages ahead, Stray Kids continue to prove why they are often called true “K pop champions.”
