Disney Plus series Made in Korea is showing unstoppable momentum as it continues to top viewership and popularity charts both in Korea and overseas.
According to Walt Disney Company Korea, Made in Korea Part 1 set a new record as the most watched Korean original content released on Disney Plus, based on domestic viewership within its first 14 days. The achievement confirms the drama’s strong start and growing binge watching trend.
The series has also ranked No. 1 for 23 consecutive days in the Disney Plus Top 10 TV Shows category in Korea, according to FlixPatrol. Its popularity extended beyond Korea as well, reaching No. 1 in Hong Kong and Taiwan, highlighting its strong presence across Asia.

In addition, Made in Korea recorded a viewer satisfaction score of 80 points, ranking No. 1 among newly released film and drama content in Consumer Insight’s third week of January OTT Korean original report. The drama also continued to dominate online buzz, placing No. 2 in drama buzz rankings on Fundex, while topping rankings on Naver Entertainment’s “Most searched dramas right now,” Kino Lights’ “Today’s Trend Ranking,” and Watcha Pedia’s Hot Ranking.
With record breaking viewership, long running No. 1 chart placements, and strong audience satisfaction, Made in Korea is firmly establishing itself as one of Disney Plus’s biggest Korean originals to date.
