Actress Kim Hye Yoon has honestly shared how she feels about making her comeback with a new drama following the huge success of Lovely Runner.
On January 16, Kim Hye Yoon attended the production press conference for SBS’s new Friday–Saturday drama No Tail To Tell.
When asked about the pressure that came with the attention she received after her previous hit, she answered candidly, saying, “It feels like both pressure and excitement. It’s about half and half.”
After gaining major popularity and buzz through Lovely Runner, Kim Hye Yoon admitted that choosing her next project naturally came with added pressure.
She explained that she always tries to pick roles that feel different from what she has shown before, saying she wanted to “show a different character” this time around.
She also shared that her new role felt especially appealing because it was clearly different in tone and style from her past characters, adding that the contrast itself became a challenge that drew her in.
Despite the pressure, Kim Hye Yoon said she also feels a strong sense of excitement and hopes viewers will “watch kindly.”
