Netflix has officially confirmed the production of its new original series Dealer, drawing attention as Hwang Dong Hyuk, the director behind Squid Game, joins the project as a planner and producer.

The upcoming crime drama has also revealed a strong cast lineup, including Jung So Min, Ryu Seung Beom, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Ryu Kyung Soo, raising expectations even further.

Dealer follows the story of a casino dealer who becomes involved in dangerous situations tied to high risk gambling.

Jung So Min takes on the lead role, marking a new transformation in her acting career, while Ryu Seung Beom, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Ryu Kyung Soo are set to add strong presence with their unique performances.

The series will be directed by Choi Young Hwan, known for his work on hit films like Veteran and The Thieves, promising stylish visuals set against a casino backdrop. Production is handled by First Man Studio, the studio behind the global Netflix hit Squid Game.
