According to Nielsen Korea, episode 3, which aired on the 12th, achieved an average nationwide rating of 5.4% with a peak of 6.2% on paid platforms.
In the Seoul metropolitan area, the drama posted an average rating of 4.6% and a peak of 5.5%, marking a new personal record for the series.
The episode also ranked No. 1 in its time slot among men and women aged 20 to 49, both nationwide and in the Seoul area. This key viewer group result highlights the drama’s growing popularity, especially among younger audiences.
With each episode, Spring Fever continues to show a steady rise in viewership and buzz, positioning itself as one of tvN’s standout dramas this season.
