Set to premiere exclusively on the global K-POP short-form platform KITS at 6 PM on January 16, Wind Up tells the story of Woo Jin (Jeno), a high school pitcher who can no longer throw strikes, and Tae Hee (Jaemin), a lively transfer student who volunteers to become his manager. The drama captures the pure and sparkling friendship between the two boys, blending sports and coming-of-age themes.

Directed by Kim Sung Ho, known for the Netflix series Move to Heaven: I am a Testament Cleaner and KBS 2TV’s Jingeom Seungbu, the drama has already attracted attention for casting Jeno and Jaemin in the lead roles.

The recently released character posters highlight the personalities of Woo Jin and Tae Hee. Woo Jin’s poster features the line, “I am a pitcher who can’t throw strikes,” showing him in his uniform with a determined gaze. Once a middle school MVP, Woo Jin now struggles with the “yips,” raising anticipation for how he will overcome his challenges.
