BTS member Jungkook is gaining attention after honestly sharing his strict self care routine and changed mindset following his military service.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone UK titled “Jung Kook: No Limits,” Jungkook spoke openly about how he now manages his health and daily life.

He revealed, “These days I’m on a diet, so I eat only one meal a day,” adding that he looks forward to that single meal and feels a sense of reward when he finally eats.

Jungkook also shared that he follows a steady routine, doing cardio exercise every morning and evening.

He explained that doing small things consistently is more important than pushing too hard all at once, saying the routine gives him confidence and a feeling of achievement.

He also revealed that he does not listen to music while exercising because he prefers to “focus fully on myself.”

Talking about personal growth, Jungkook admitted, “Honestly, I don’t think I’m that close to myself yet,” but said the thought made him realize he needs to love and take care of himself more.

He added that exercising and keeping healthy habits are part of that process.

He also shared that his attitude toward life changed after military service. Jungkook said he now tries to avoid things that are bad for his body, including alcohol, and wants to use his time in a more meaningful way.

Through the interview, Jungkook showed a more mature side, revealing his determination to live with discipline and continue growing, both personally and as an artist.
