Actress Lee Min Jung recently shared a sweet story about how her husband Lee Byung Hun proposed to her, capturing attention with a memorable moment that took over an entire movie theater.
On the January 5 episode of Jjanhan Hyung, Lee Min Jung appeared as a guest and opened up about the special day.
She recalled that Lee Byung Hun invited her to what he said was a preview screening of a film, but his behavior felt “a bit strange” even before they arrived.
According to Lee Min Jung, she sensed something was coming when he told her not to leave her seat after the movie ended.
As expected, once the film finished, a prepared video played on the big screen, and the atmosphere quickly changed.
Lee Min Jung shared that after the lights went dark, Lee Byung Hun appeared and personally proposed by putting the ring on her finger.
She said that many people in the theater, including her mother, were moved to tears, adding that “even though I already knew, I still cried,” showing how emotional the moment was despite her suspicions.
