Actor Park Bo Gum is drawing attention for opening a salon on television, with fellow actors Park Hae Joon and Choi Dae Hoon showing their support by becoming his very first customers.
According to reports on the 30th, Park Hae Joon and Choi Dae Hoon recently took part as guests on tvN’s upcoming variety show “Bogum Magical”.
The program, set to air in the first half of 2026, follows Park Bo Gum as he runs a special salon in a quiet rural village together with his close friends Lee Sang Yi and Kwak Dong Yeon.
What makes the show stand out even more is Park Bo Gum’s real life background. During his military service in 2021, he earned a national barber license and was known for cutting the hair of fellow soldiers. This has raised expectations that his salon role will feel natural and sincere.
The cast reportedly spent nearly one year preparing for the program, personally taking part in choosing the location, remodeling, and interior design. Their hands on involvement has increased curiosity about how the salon will become a warm community space for villagers.
Park Hae Joon and Choi Dae Hoon’s appearance has drawn extra attention as they share a close connection with Park Bo Gum through their past work on the Netflix series “When Life Gives You Tangerines”.
Fans are now eager to see the chemistry between the three as they reunite in a completely different setting.
Online reactions have been enthusiastic, with comments like, “If Park Bo Gum is really doing hair, I have to watch,” and “A rural village salon run by Park Bo Gum sounds too good to miss”, showing strong interest even before the show airs.
