Fans voiced strong concerns after it was revealed that Stray Kids member Han was missing from a Pepero X Stray Kids package sold in Canada, leading to widespread complaints online.
In response, Lotte Wellfood released an official statement through Pepero’s account on December 23, explaining that the issue was related to the package design used for products sold in Canada.
The company confirmed that Han’s image was unintentionally left out of the packaging and said the mistake was discovered on December 21.
Lotte Wellfood shared that they immediately offered a sincere apology to Han, and also apologized to fans who were hurt by the situation. The company emphasized that it is carefully listening to fans’ feedback and concerns.
They also stated that further information will be announced for fans who already purchased the product, and once again apologized for the confusion and discomfort caused to both Han and fans.
The issue quickly drew attention among fans, highlighting the strong support and care they have for all members of Stray Kids.
