Actor Park Bo Gum took home the prestigious Entertainer of the Year Award at the live broadcast of the 2025 KBS Entertainment Awards on KBS 2TV on December 20.
This year, Park Bo Gum hosted Music Bank World Tour and The Seasons – Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile, showcasing his versatility as a host. After receiving the trophy, he shared, “It is an honor to meet the seniors I admired on TV since I was young, and receiving such a big award is overwhelming.”
He added, “10 years ago, I received the Rookie Award thanks to Music Bank. I am grateful to everyone who encouraged and supported me, allowing me to return here.”
Park Bo Gum also thanked the “wonderful and talented musicians who worked with me on The Seasons and all the viewers” for their support.
The 2025 KBS Entertainment Awards took place at the KBS New Building Public Hall in Yeouido dong, Yeongdeungpo gu, Seoul. The ceremony was hosted by Lee Chan Won, Lee Min Jung, and Moon Se Yoon.
The Entertainer of the Year Award is given to the nominees for the Grand Prize. Other nominees this year included Kim Sook (Boss, I Hear Your Ears Are Donkey Ears, Problem Children on the Rooftop, Delivery Is Here, Seeking Long-time Friends), Kim Jong Min (2 Days & 1 Night), Lee Chan Won (Immortal Songs, New Release Food Story), Jeon Hyun Moo (Boss, I Hear Your Ears Are Donkey Ears, Crazy Rich Korean), Kim Young Hee (Gag Concert, Malja Show), and Boom (New Release Food Story, Coming and Going Lee Min Jung).
