aespa’s Winter shared honest thoughts and gratitude as the group took home a major award at the 2025 Melon Music Awards (MMA 2025).
On December 20, the awards ceremony was held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, where aespa won Stage of the Year, showing their strong impact and popularity on stage.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Winter looked back on their early days and said, “When we first debuted, we performed without audiences, so the stage felt scary at times, and I also felt afraid.”
She then shared how things changed, adding that performing with MYs and live audiences helped her feel “joy and happiness.”
Winter also sent a heartfelt message to fans, saying, “Thank you so much for making the stage a happy place for us. We will continue to work hard to become artists who give you lots of happiness and energy.”
Recently, Winter has also been mentioned in dating rumors with BTS member Jungkook.
However, she did not comment on the rumors and kept her focus on the group’s achievement and their fans.
aespa’s win at MMA 2025 once again highlighted their strong presence and growth as one of today’s leading girl groups.
