Actor Do Kyung Soo opened up about why he sadly cannot attend Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah’s long-awaited wedding, even though he was originally supposed to sing a congratulatory song.
During a wrap-up interview for his Disney Plus drama The Manipulated, Do Kyung Soo shared that the wedding date overlaps with the 2025 Melon Music Awards, where he must appear as a member of EXO. Because of this schedule conflict, he is unable to be present on Kim Woo Bin’s big day.
Do Kyung Soo said, “I was actually supposed to sing the congratulatory song. I knew about their wedding early, but later I found out the awards ceremony was on the same day. Woo Bin hyung was really disappointed too.”
The actor is especially close to both Kim Woo Bin and Lee Kwang Soo, and he explained that the situation is unfortunate for all of them.
However, he emphasized that he is grateful for the support he has received recently for his drama, where he took on his first villain role.
Even though he cannot attend the wedding, fans praised him for being honest about the situation and for showing how much he cares about his friends.
