KBS 2TV’s weekend mini-series Last Summer wrapped up with a full happy ending for Lee Jae Wook and Choi Sung Eun’s characters, but the series struggled to gain high viewership.
According to Nielsen Korea, the final episode recorded a nationwide rating of only 1.7%. The series began with a 2.7% rating for its first episode and mostly stayed in the 1% range throughout its run, showing a consistent struggle to capture a larger audience.
Despite ending on a satisfying note, Last Summer fell short in ratings compared to expectations, leaving the drama with an underwhelming performance in viewership numbers.
