Choo Young Woo and Kim So Hyun are teaming up for a new romance drama, and fans are already excited.
The upcoming Genie TV original “Love Doctor”, set to premiere in 2026, brings the two stars together in a story filled with healing, growth, and unexpected love.
In the drama, Choo Young Woo takes on the role of Park Min Jae, a once-promising swimming athlete who lost one leg due to illness and is now a robotics PhD student.
His quiet life in the research lab begins to change the moment Im Yu Jin, played by Kim So Hyun, walks in.
Yu Jin is a master’s student searching for a new direction after her future plans fell apart, and she ends up discovering a whole new world in robotics — and possibly in Min Jae.
The drama is gaining attention not just for its cast but also because it is led by director Ahn Pan Seok, known for creating some of the most talked-about romance series. Viewers are curious to see how he will bring another realistic and heart-touching love story to life.
