BTS members Jimin and Jungkook are back together for the first time in a magazine photoshoot in three years, giving fans a stunning look ahead of their new Disney Plus travel reality show Is This Okay?! Season 2.
On November 26, Elle Japan released the new photos, marking the first time the two have appeared together in a photoshoot since BTS paused group activities in 2022. In the images, the two idols wore coordinated black outfits.
Jungkook wore a black jacket over a white tank top with black denim pants, keeping his long black hair, while Jimin showed off a blonde hairstyle with an oversized black shirt over a white tank top and black wide pants.
Along with the photos, Elle Japan shared a nine-minute interview video of the two on their YouTube channel (@ellejapan).
Fans quickly flooded social media with excitement over the photos. One wrote, “A Jimin–Jungkook magazine photoshoot in 2025? I can’t believe it!” Another said, “Finally seeing blonde Jimin and black-haired Jungkook together in a full photoshoot. I’ve been waiting for this since the legendary 2017 selfie!”
The pair’s visual chemistry and coordinated styling earned praise from fans, who were thrilled to see them promoting together for the first time since completing military service. One fan commented, “They look amazing. Last year they were in military service and couldn’t promote, so it’s great they can do it this year.”
Is This Okay?! Season 2 premieres on Disney Plus on Wednesday, December 3. The new season follows Jimin and Jungkook’s first trip together after their military service, documenting their 12-day journey through Switzerland and Da Nang, Vietnam.
Disney released the official Season 2 trailer on November 24, showing Jimin and Jungkook asking, “Is this trip really okay?” before exploring scenic trains, mountain and lake landscapes in Switzerland, and the lively streets of Da Nang.
Season 1 aired in 2024, but the BTS members were unable to participate in promotions due to military service. Season 2 is the first time Jimin and Jungkook can fully join project promotions after their discharge.
Is This Okay?! Season 2 will have 8 episodes, with two episodes released every Wednesday from December 3 to 24.
