TXT’s Yeonjun is winning hearts around the world with his recent appearance on a major U.S. radio show.
On November 9 (local time), Yeonjun joined “iHeart KPOP with JoJo” on 102.7 KIIS FM, one of America’s most popular radio stations. During the show, he opened up about his first solo album, “NO LABELS: PART 01,” and shared how meaningful the project is to him.
Yeonjun said, “I was nervous but also excited and thrilled. I enjoyed being able to write and express the messages I wanted to share through my music.” When asked about his favorite track, he answered, “Every song has its own charm,” before adding, “Let Me Tell You (feat. Daniela of KATSEYE) became special because Daniela participated, and Coma is personally my favorite track.”
Host JoJo Wright couldn’t hide his admiration, praising Yeonjun’s artistry. He said, “Creating your own choreography is amazing — it means you can see the performance objectively. That’s really impressive.” JoJo also highlighted Yeonjun’s creative growth, mentioning his solo mixtape “GGUM” and TXT’s album “Beautiful Strangers.”
Yeonjun also spoke fondly about TXT’s ongoing world tour, “ACT : TOMORROW.” He shared, “The tour was really perfect. The fans’ energy was amazing. When I meet MOA on stage, I truly feel alive.”
Fans were also touched by Yeonjun’s down-to-earth personality as he talked about small things in his daily life, such as the tea he’s been enjoying lately.
Meanwhile, Yeonjun will continue to charm global audiences with his upcoming performance of “Talk to You” on NBC’s “The Kelly Clarkson Show” on November 13.
