Actor Kim Woo Bin gave everyone a good laugh after accidentally double-booking an expensive whale shark tour on tvN’s variety show Kong Kong Pang Pang.
In the November 7 episode, the KKPP Food team — made up of Lee Kwang Soo as CEO, Kim Woo Bin as auditor, and Do Kyung Soo (D.O.) as director — continued their overseas business trip in Mexico.
While they were having dinner at a Korean restaurant, the production team informed them, “There’s an issue — the whale shark tour was double-booked. You said you’d reserve for 10 people, but it seems there’s a booking for 20. Could you check?”
After reviewing the reservation page, Kim Woo Bin realized he had mistakenly booked two slots for 10 people each, causing everyone to burst out laughing.
The staff quickly decided to turn the situation around, saying, “Actually, we need two boats anyway. We’ll consider this as an act of kindness from us.”
Kim Woo Bin jokingly replied, “If you’re going to say it like that, I’ll cancel it,” while Lee Kwang Soo playfully made a sarcastic “thank you” gesture, making the whole set laugh even harder.
In the end, the production team refunded 3.8 million won, the cost of the extra whale shark tour crew, wrapping up the funny moment on a lighthearted note.
