EXO-CBX’s agency INB100 has spoken up following SM Entertainment’s latest statement, clearing the air about their stance and expressing a desire to mend ties with EXO.
On October 30, INB100 released an official response after SM Entertainment claimed that EXO-CBX (Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin) had failed to follow through on their agreed commitments.
In their statement, INB100 firmly stated, “EXO-CBX has not changed their intention to pay 10% of their sales revenue. Since a lawsuit is currently ongoing, they plan to fulfill this once an agreement is reached and the legal process is completed”.
The agency also emphasized the group’s sincerity, saying, “EXO-CBX has clearly expressed their intention to carry out the existing agreement, has been in direct communication with the EXO members, and has been making efforts to continue as part of the team”.
INB100 further clarified the issue regarding their objection filing, explaining that the amount suggested by the mediation committee “was an arbitrary figure unrelated to either side’s agreement.”
The agency added that both EXO-CBX and SM Entertainment filed objections on October 16, describing it as “a normal legal procedure”.
They stressed, “The claim that EXO-CBX had no intention to reach an agreement is not true”.
Fans are now watching closely, hoping both sides can finally resolve their differences and restore the trust between EXO-CBX and the rest of EXO.
