2NE1’s Park Bom has once again drawn attention after posting — and quickly deleting — a message online that appeared to criticize YG Entertainment and how she was treated during her career.
On October 23, Park Bom wrote on social media, “I’m angry, but I was too lazy to start. I just wanted to say something. I hope everyone can be happy.” Along with this caption, she shared a screenshot of a note expressing strong words toward her former agency.
In the note, she wrote, “They said they made my face look weird because they were teasing me. Thinking about it now, YG never paid for any plastic surgery for me. I paid for one or two things myself. Basically, I stood on stage as an ordinary person.”
She continued, “One day, someone suddenly apologized to me on the stairs. When I asked why, they said they had sold me out by using plastic surgery as a topic. But when I think about it, they didn’t pay for anything. I did visit a dermatologist, but I paid for it myself.”
Park Bom also claimed she was treated unfairly in her career, saying, “Even if I sing my heart out, I only break even. They never let me shoot a magazine. Over 4,000 CF offers came in, but they gave them all to someone else. Recently, 61 more came in under my name, but they still gave them away.”
This comes after Park Bom made shocking allegations on October 22, accusing Yang Hyun Suk and YG Entertainment of failing to pay her for past earnings and mismanaging her finances — claims that were later denied by her current agency DNation Entertainment.
DNation clarified, “All settlement matters related to 2NE1’s activities have already been completed. The legal complaint mentioned on her social media has not been filed.” They added, “Park Bom has halted all activities and is focusing on treatment and recovery. We will do our best to help her regain her health.”
Earlier this year, DNation announced that Park Bom would be taking a break due to health concerns. Her last group appearance was on August 3 during 2NE1’s special halftime performance at the 2025 Coupang Play Series soccer match in Seoul.
Currently, CL, Sandara Park, and Gong Min Ji continue activities as 2NE1’s remaining trio while fans express concern for Park Bom’s condition and well-being.
