Singer-songwriter Ejae has warmed hearts after revealing that Girls’ Generation’s Yuri once gave her a message of encouragement that she never forgot during her trainee days.
In the latest episode of “Star Talk: Bogo Bogo Bogoseo” aired on October 23, Ejae appeared as a guest and talked about her journey from trainee to global artist.
Ejae, who wrote and sang “Golden” for the upcoming animated film “K-pop Demon Hunters”, recently gained global recognition after performing the song on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
During the show, Ejae recalled a moment when Yuri gave her heartfelt encouragement during her time as an SM Entertainment trainee.
She said, “Yuri unnie told me, ‘You’re really going to be something’ and ‘You will definitely succeed.’ Those words gave me hope.”
