BTS’s Jungkook continues to show his unstoppable global power, setting new records on Spotify with his solo hits “Seven” and “GOLDEN.”
According to Spotify’s latest update for October 10–16, Jungkook’s debut solo single “Seven” ranked No. 87 on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart, extending its incredible streak to 118 consecutive weeks. This makes “Seven” the first and longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist in Spotify history.
His first solo album “GOLDEN” also rose to No. 73 on the Weekly Top Albums Global chart for the same week, climbing three spots from last week. The album has now stayed on the chart for 102 weeks, becoming the longest-running album by an Asian solo artist.

The milestones don’t stop there. “Seven” recently surpassed 2.6 billion streams on Spotify — a record-breaking achievement reached in just 829 days, the shortest time ever for a debut song.
Meanwhile, “GOLDEN” has surpassed 6.2 billion total streams, showing Jungkook’s unmatched global impact as a soloist.

Even beyond Spotify, “Seven” continues its success on Billboard’s Global 200 and Global (Excl. U.S.) charts, where it has now charted for 117 and 118 weeks, respectively — once again the longest run ever by an Asian solo artist.
Jungkook has also topped Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart multiple times with “Seven,” “3D,” and “Standing Next to You.” As of now, his Spotify profile has surpassed 9.8 billion total streams, marking him as the fastest Asian artist and first K-pop soloist to ever reach this milestone.
Fans continue to praise Jungkook for consistently breaking barriers and proving that his music truly connects with listeners all around the world.
