Singer Park Bom has left fans in disbelief after suddenly announcing that she filed a lawsuit against YG Entertainment’s Yang Hyun Suk, accusing him of fraud and embezzlement.
On October 22, Park Bom took to Instagram to reveal that she had officially filed a complaint against Yang Hyun Suk.
In her post, she wrote, “Dear citizens, please investigate what YG Entertainment did to Park Bom exactly as it is,” and even uploaded a photo of the legal document.
According to the complaint, Park Bom claimed that Yang Hyun Suk failed to pay her rightful earnings, stating that she suffered serious financial and emotional damage as a result.
She emphasized that the situation was a clear case of fraud and embezzlement. The complaint was reportedly filed on October 19.
Following her unexpected post, Park Bom’s agency, D-Nation Entertainment, responded by saying they were also caught off guard.
A representative stated, “We also can’t control Park Bom. We are currently checking the details of her lawsuit against Yang Hyun Suk.”
Park Bom, who had been active with 2NE1 following their reunion, is currently taking a break from activities due to mental health concerns. Her agency previously shared that she was advised by doctors to rest and focus on her recovery.
