Actor Choi Woo Shik recently revealed the real reason he decided to join Jinny’s Kitchen, and surprisingly, it wasn’t because of famous producer Na Young Seok.
During his guest appearance on the YouTube show Fairy Jae Hyung, Choi Woo Shik shared that he joined the project mainly because of his close friend Park Seo Joon.
The actor admitted, “At that time, I just thought, if it makes me happy, I’ll do it. I wanted to enjoy work more and have fun. I had Seo Joon hyung, whom I really like, and Yumi noona, so we could laugh together and be happy.”
When he was asked if he made many decisions because of Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik immediately replied, “Yes.”
His honest answer drew laughter when the host jokingly asked if it was “more than PD Na Young Seok?”
Although he joined the show for his friends, Choi Woo Shik also shared his respect for PD Na Young Seok’s leadership.
“The person leading the set is really important. PD Na Young Seok gives his full attention and care to every cast member. Because of that, I trusted him and felt comfortable while filming,” he said.
Fans loved seeing this genuine side of Choi Woo Shik, with many commenting that his close friendship with Park Seo Joon truly shines through on Jinny’s Kitchen.
