Singer and actor Im Si Wan has officially joined SM Entertainment and is now working on his long-awaited first solo album.
On October 13, a representative from SM Entertainment confirmed the news, saying, “Im Si Wan is preparing his solo album under one of our labels, and we’re currently coordinating details like the release schedule.”
After leaving his former agency in August, Im Si Wan began preparing for a solo album on his own. It was later revealed that he decided to collaborate with SM Entertainment through his friendship with senior singer Kangta, who is also part of the same company.
This marks Im Si Wan’s first solo album since debuting in 2010 as a member of ZE:A, making the project even more special for him and his fans.
Known for his passion for music, Im Si Wan previously expressed his strong desire to return to singing, and many are curious to see what kind of sound he will create under SM Entertainment’s production.
With his powerful vocals and proven acting skills, fans are already buzzing with excitement over what could be one of the most anticipated solo debuts of the year.
