Actor Kim Woo Bin is proving once again why he’s one of the most charming faces in K-dramas.

On October 7, Kim Woo Bin surprised fans by posting a series of photos from his new Netflix series “Genie, Make a Wish.”

Along with the pictures, he wrote, “It’s been a while, Young Do (feat. Moon Dong Eun and Han Ki Joo),” referencing the iconic characters from writer Kim Eun Sook’s hit dramas.

In the photos, Kim Woo Bin hilariously transformed into some of Kim Eun Sook’s most memorable leads — from Choi Young Do in “The Heirs” to Moon Dong Eun in “The Glory,” and even a nod to “Lovers in Paris.”

What caught everyone’s attention most was how effortlessly he recreated his “The Heirs” character after 12 years, looking exactly the same as he did back then. Fans couldn’t help but comment that Kim Woo Bin seems to “defy time” with his youthful looks.

Kim Woo Bin currently stars in “Genie, Make a Wish,” a fantasy romantic comedy about a lamp spirit, Genie (played by Kim Woo Bin), who wakes up after a thousand years and meets Ga Young (played by Suzy), a woman who has lost touch with her emotions.

Since its release on October 3, the series has been making waves — ranking No. 1 on Netflix Korea’s “Top 10 Series Today” and breaking into the Top 3 of Netflix’s global TV shows list, according to FlixPatrol.

Fans are calling Kim Woo Bin’s latest performance both nostalgic and refreshing, with many saying, “It feels like the perfect Kim Eun Sook universe tribute.”
