EXO member Chen is showing his strong presence as a solo artist with his latest release.
On September 29, Chen dropped his 5th mini album Arcadia, and the album quickly climbed iTunes charts worldwide.
As of September 30 at 10 AM KST, Arcadia had taken the No.1 spot on the iTunes Top Album chart in 14 regions, including Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Thailand.
The title track Arcadia also made waves, reaching No.1 on the iTunes Top Song chart in 11 regions such as Brazil, Paraguay, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Fans celebrated the achievement, calling it a powerful start for Chen’s new era as a soloist.
Chen had previously shared his goal for the album, saying, “I want to deliver my music to more people with melody and energy, without the limits of language.”
His latest chart results show that his music is indeed connecting with listeners all over the world.
