Actress Park Gyu Young has addressed some surprising false information about her that has been spreading online.
On September 24, Park Gyu Young appeared on the YouTube show Narae Sik, hosted by Park Na Rae.
During the episode, Park Na Rae cooked mukeunji yukhoe gimbap and tteok galbi for her guest after checking details about her on Namuwiki.
Park Na Rae mentioned, “I heard you like yuk sashimi,” to which Park Gyu Young immediately responded, “Did you see that on Namuwiki? I also looked at my Namuwiki page, and honestly, there’s a lot of wrong information there.”
This led Park Na Rae to start fact-checking more of the details she had read. She shared, “It said you can drink up to half a bottle of soju, and that instead of chicken and beer, you prefer meat and beer. It also said you like mint chocolate.”
Park Gyu Young laughed and admitted, “That part is true. I do drink, but I can’t handle much. As for the yuk sashimi, I really don’t know where that came from.”
When Park Na Rae asked if it was just a rumor, Park Gyu Young firmly added, “There are a lot of rumors there.”
She went on to clarify further, saying, “It even said what kind of car I drive, but I had never even heard of that model before. I actually had to look it up myself. Also, the schools listed there are wrong too. It shows different elementary and middle schools that I didn’t even attend.”
With her honest and straightforward answers, Park Gyu Young left fans both amused and impressed by how she directly cleared up the false rumors.
