EXO member Baekhyun surprised fans after revealing that he plans to buy the iPhone 17 directly in Taiwan.
During a recent chat with fans, Baekhyun said that he intends to purchase the new iPhone series while he’s there, even though prices in Taiwan are known to be higher compared to Korea or Japan.
Baekhyun explained, “Since I’ll be arriving in Taiwan on the 19th, I was planning to film an unboxing video right away”, showing how excited he is about getting the new phone.
Fans are now buzzing with mixed reactions, since most iPhone pre-orders have already sold out. Many are wondering if Baekhyun will be able to grab one during his stay.
Some commented, “Even Taiwanese fans said they can only get it after the 21st”, while others asked, “Will Baekhyun really line up himself to buy it?”
Meanwhile, Baekhyun is set to hold his world tour “Reverie” in Taipei on September 20 and 21.
