Rising actor Yoo Jung Hoo opened up about joining Suzy in the highly anticipated drama Genie, Make a Wish.
In a recent interview, Yoo Jung Hoo expressed his excitement and a bit of nervousness, saying, “I haven’t met her yet. I even watched her debut drama ‘Dream High’.”
He added, “It doesn’t feel real that I’ll be acting alongside someone I only saw in the dramas I used to watch. I feel both excited and confident that I can do well. I just need to do my part properly.”
The actor also shared his hopes to take on more challenging roles in the future, from rough characters to darker roles like a psychopath or murderer.
Yoo Jung Hoo was officially cast in Genie, Make a Wish, a palace romance fantasy based on the web novel by Alpha Tart.
The story follows Empress Latil of the Tarium Empire, who brings in male concubines to protect her throne.
Fans are now looking forward to seeing Yoo Jung Hoo and Suzy’s chemistry in the upcoming series.
