Actor Lee Kwang Soo is set to reunite with “Nation’s MC” Yoo Jae Suk as the first staff member of his upcoming Netflix variety show, bringing back their legendary Yoo-line chemistry.
According to reports on September 2, Lee Kwang Soo has been offered a spot on Yoo Jae Suk Camp, a new guesthouse-style program, and is currently in positive talks.
The show will mark Yoo Jae Suk’s first time running a guesthouse in his 34-year career. Directed by Jung Hyo Min PD — known for creating hit formats like Hyori’s Bed & Breakfast and Netflix’s Devil’s Plan — the program will capture Yoo Jae Suk personally welcoming and interacting with guests.
Lee Kwang Soo is expected to join as his first staff member, raising excitement for their long-awaited reunion. The two first built their comedic chemistry on Running Man from 2010 to 2021 and later teamed up again on Busted!, Korean No.1, and The Zone: Survival Mission.
A representative from his agency King Kong by Starship commented, “He has received the offer and is in discussions.”
Meanwhile, the production team revealed that more than 55,000 teams applied to stay at Yoo Jae Suk’s guesthouse, proving huge anticipation even before filming begins.
