Actress Go Hyun Jung opened up about a surprising memory from her family life.
On August 19, the YouTube channel TEO released the preview for Salon Drip 2 featuring Go Hyun Jung.
In the clip, she confessed, “I’ll admit it here… whenever it looked like my parents were fighting, I told them, ‘Then just get divorced.’ I thought, why keep living like that if you’re always fighting?”
She continued, “My mom would complain about my dad to me, saying, ‘your dad this, your dad that.’ Then I told her, ‘Mom, isn’t that too cruel to say to me, your daughter? Talking bad about your husband?’”
Go Hyun Jung also brought laughs by asking host Jang Do Yeon how to grow her social media followers. She said, “YouTube is fine, but how do I actually grow my SNS followers?” She went on to share, “Right now I have 377,000 followers, and that’s my score. It’s so frustrating. I feel like I have to protect those followers.”
Meanwhile, Go Hyun Jung married Shinsegae Group chairman Jung Yong Jin in 1995 and had one son and one daughter before divorcing in 2003.
