Actor Yoo Seung Ho is winning praise for his warm heart and love for animals.

Recently, Yoo Seung Ho appeared on veterinarian and cat behavior expert Kim Myung Chul’s YouTube channel Miyaongcheol’s Cat Punch, where he opened up about his life as a devoted cat owner. In a touching gesture, he donated his entire appearance fee from the episode.

A proud cat dad for 12 years, Yoo Seung Ho introduced his beloved companions Simba and Gaeul, sharing daily stories with a bright smile and sparkling eyes.

He also spoke about his hopes and worries as a pet owner, saying, “Even if they don’t say anything else, I just wish they could tell me ‘I’m sick’ when they’re not feeling well,” a sentiment that struck a chord with fellow cat lovers.

With Simba and Gaeul now six years old and entering their middle-aged years, Yoo Seung Ho learned valuable health care and play tips from the show.

He listened carefully, participated actively, and showed his deep sincerity toward giving his cats the best life possible.

He also revealed, “My dream is to personally help as many cats as I can cross the rainbow bridge peacefully,” reflecting his ongoing dedication to animal welfare.

Yoo Seung Ho has long been involved in volunteer work and donations for abandoned animals, and he confirmed that all earnings from this appearance — in any form — would go toward helping cats.

His kindness has been consistent over the years. Back in 2014, upon completing his military service, Yoo Seung Ho teared up saying, “I really miss my two cats at home,” and has since donated cat food and supported abandoned cats regularly.
