BTS member Jin has received a glowing review from the UK’s Rolling Stone, earning a perfect 5-star score for his first solo world tour and being hailed as “a one-of-a-kind entertainer.”
Currently on his sold-out Run Seokjin Tour (#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR), Jin has been making history at every stop.
But according to Rolling Stone, what makes his shows truly special isn’t just the records — it’s how he’s completely redefined what a concert can be.
In their review, Rolling Stone praised Jin for “completely reinventing the traditional concert format to make it his own.” They described the stage as a colorful, lively playground that revealed both Kim Seok Jin the person and Jin the artist.

They highlighted his flawless performances, captivating stage presence, and emotional moments like his self-played piano version of I Will Come to You and the hauntingly beautiful Abyss. Even after performing 18 songs and hosting interactive games, Jin’s energy never faltered.

Other international outlets also joined in the praise. Paris Match pointed out that Jin became the first Korean soloist to sell out London’s O2 Arena, noting how his show stood out from typical K-pop concerts with no backup dancers or flashy effects — just pure music, his live vocals, and genuine interaction.

Clash called the concert “a celebration” of his solo artistry, praising his ability to switch between host and performer with ease, and naming Nothing Without Your Love as his vocal highlight.
With sold-out arenas across Asia, the U.S., and Europe, Jin has proven that he’s not only BTS’s “Worldwide Handsome” and “Live King,” but also a solo powerhouse who can win over critics and fans alike.
