Actress Park Joon Geum has revealed the “son” who holds a special place in her heart — and it’s not the one fans might expect!
On the August 9 episode of JTBC’s variety show Knowing Bros (Episode 494), actresses Seo Kwon Soon, Moon Hee Kyung, Park Joon Geum, and Oh Min Ae — famous for their iconic mother-in-law roles in K-dramas — appeared as special guests.
During the show, Park Joon Geum shared, “I have so many amazing sons. Ju Ji Hoon, Im Si Wan… almost all the popular male actors back then have played my son at least once.”
Then she surprised everyone by asking, “Do you know Yoon Jong Hoon?” When Moon Hee Kyung replied, “Yes, the handsome one,”
Park Joon Geum smiled and revealed, “I usually don’t like it when someone who played my son in a drama keeps calling me ‘mom.’ I prefer if they call me ‘sunbaenim’ (senior). But he actually likes calling me ‘mom.’”
With a warm smile, she added, “He’s so sweet.”
