From Celine to Cartier, V adds yet another C brand to his list—and fans say it’s no coincidence!
BTS member V (Kim Taehyung) has just added another big “C brand” to his already impressive list—this time as the official ambassador for Coca-Cola!
On July 31, Coca-Cola Korea dropped a short teaser for their upcoming campaign. The video, shown on their official social media, featured the brand’s iconic red background with the message “Best Artist Ever? Best Coke Ever?” But what really got fans buzzing was the big purple “V” with a check mark, giving a not-so-subtle clue about who the star was.
The next day, on August 1, Coca-Cola confirmed the news: V is their new ambassador. A rep from Coca-Cola said, “V has both powerful energy on stage and a trendy charm in everyday life. He’s the perfect fit to represent the passion and cool image of Coca-Cola.”
The full campaign teaser was also released, showing V watching a Coca-Cola Zero commercial before turning to the camera and saying, “Yes! I have to try it, right?” Even in a dark room, his visuals shined, and fans couldn’t take their eyes off him.
V also shared his excitement, saying, “I’m really happy to bring thrilling joy to daily life through Coca-Cola, a brand I’ve always loved. I’ll be showing off the charm of the new Coca-Cola Zero in many fun ways through this campaign.”
After V posted the campaign teaser on Instagram, it racked up over 10 million views in just 19 hours, proving once again how strong his global power is.
Fans already knew V was a Coke fan, as he’s been seen drinking it many times before. He even commented on the brand’s official post, “I don’t think anyone loves Coke more than me.”
And here’s the fun part—some fans think V actually spoiled this whole thing weeks ago! When he was at a Celine fashion show earlier this year, he posted photos of himself at a restaurant casually holding two Coke bottles. Now, fans believe that was his sneaky way of teasing the collab ahead of time.
With Coca-Cola joining Celine, Cartier, and Compose Coffee, V now has four major “C brands” under his belt. Fans are calling it the start of his “C brand collection,” and many are joking that V might just be collecting all the C’s on purpose!
One fan wrote, “He’s not even trying to hide it now. He’s building a whole C universe!”
What do you think his next C brand will be? ?
