Super Junior’s Lee Donghae opened up about the emotional ending of a special chapter in his life — and his hopes for a new beginning.
On July 31, Donghae shared a heartfelt message on his social media, reflecting on how meaningful the month of July had been for him.
He wrote, “You all worked hard in July. We had our 20th-anniversary album promotions. And I also said goodbye to Haroo Café, which I’ve been with for 9 years.”

Donghae clarified that it’s not a final farewell. “It’s not a forever goodbye—Haroo will return in October. But it was a goodbye to a place filled with memories.”
He added, “July was full of many meanings, so it was a very precious and happy month. August is starting now, so let’s cheer up and start it happily together. You’ve done well. Let’s try living well again.”
Meanwhile, Super Junior made their big return with their 12th full-length album ‘Super Junior 25’ on July 8, celebrating 20 years since their debut.
Fans are touched by Donghae’s honest message and are already looking forward to Haroo Café’s return in the fall.
