LE SSERAFIM sells out massive arena in Manila faster than expected

LE SSERAFIM is showing just how powerful their global influence is, with a sold-out concert in the Philippines that local media is calling “unusual.”

The group — Kim Chae Won, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun Chae — will be performing at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila on August 2 as part of their 2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT’ IN ASIA. The moment tickets went on sale, every seat was instantly sold out.

According to concert organizer Applewood, this kind of response is extremely rare for K-pop in the Philippines.

“It’s not common for K-pop concerts to completely sell out here,” they explained. “Even before the event was officially announced, there was already strong interest from venues and ticketing platforms. Once sales began, the seats disappeared almost immediately — it shows just how big LE SSERAFIM has become.”

The Philippines often sees more than 10 K-pop acts hold solo shows each year, but even then, full-house concerts are still hard to come by. This makes LE SSERAFIM’s sell-out performance even more impressive.

Their impact is being felt across Filipino media too. Top news outlets like Billboard Philippines, ABS-CBN, The Manila Times, and Manila Standard all reported on the concert announcement, highlighting the group’s rising popularity.

After Manila, LE SSERAFIM will continue their Asian tour with concerts in Bangkok on August 9–10, and Singapore on August 16. They’ll then head to North America in September, where tickets for six cities have already sold out, and finish the year with a huge encore concert at Tokyo Dome in November — their first ever at the legendary venue.

LE SSERAFIM is proving once again that they’re not just a rising group — they’re a global force.
