Dex opened up about his unique drinking habit and shared how he keeps his fit body!
On July 28, a new episode of the YouTube show 'Jjan Han Hyung Shin Dong Yeop' aired featuring Dex and Won Jin Ah, stars of the ENA drama i Shopping.
During their chat, Dex honestly shared,
“One of my drinking habits is feeling really hungry.”
Actress Won Jin Ah backed him up, saying,
“That’s definitely Dex’s drinking habit. Whenever we drink, he keeps ordering delivery food. The hotel room just fills up with food!”
MC Shin Dong Yeop jokingly asked,
“How do you eat like that and still stay in shape? That’s not fair!”
Dex laughed and gave a real answer,
“I only eat once a day normally. So after drinking, I make sure to work out hard the next day. That’s how I balance it out.”
Fans were surprised at Dex’s dedication to fitness, even with his love for late-night snacks after drinking. From one meal a day to intense workouts, it’s clear he works hard to keep his body strong — even when delivery food keeps arriving at his door!
