aespa is showing once again that they’re a force to be reckoned with — not just in Korea, but all over the world!
According to China’s biggest music platform, Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME), aespa dominated the ‘2025 Mid-Year Chart’ by setting two new records.
They had the most total chart entries with 534 placements and the most No. 1 rankings with 20 wins — the highest among all Korean artists so far this year.
aespa was also selected as one of the “Best Groups”, proving their incredible popularity overseas. Their 2024 hit “Whiplash” landed in the platform’s HOT TOP10, standing strong against tough competition.
Their latest track “Dirty Work” also made a huge impact in China. It topped five QQ Music charts, including digital album sales, trend peak, rising chart, music index, and overall MV ranking — all at No. 1.
It even earned a Double Platinum certification. Over on KuGou Music, the digital album also hit No. 1, showing just how big their fanbase is in the country.
Fans are calling aespa “China’s favorite K-pop girl group” — and the numbers seem to agree!
Meanwhile, aespa is set to perform at ‘KCON LA 2025’ from August 1 to 3 at the Crypto.com Arena and LA Convention Center, continuing their global takeover.
