Actress Go Hyun Jung just warmed everyone’s hearts by sending a thoughtful coffee truck gift to support her junior, actor Lee Jin Woo!
On July 8, Lee Jin Woo posted on Instagram with a thankful message, saying, “Thank you, sunbae-nim (senior). Thanks to you, I feel strong,” along with a photo of the surprise truck.
The coffee truck was sent to the filming set of Lee Jin Woo’s current drama, and it came with a big banner featuring Go Hyun Jung's photo and a sweet message that read, “To all staff and actors, enjoy a cool drink and stay strong.” Her kind gesture showed just how much she was rooting for him and the whole team.
Later, Go Hyun Jung shared Lee Jin Woo’s post and added her own touching message:
“Actor Lee Jin Woo. I miss you, son. You’ve become a man. You’re amazing, Lee Jin Woo.”
Lee Jin Woo replied with just as much love, saying, “A mother’s love is my forever strength.”
The two actors played mother and son in last year’s drama Namib, and it looks like their on-screen bond turned into a real-life friendship that’s still going strong.
Meanwhile, Go Hyun Jung recently wrapped up filming for her new SBS drama Mantis – The Killer’s Outing, which is set to air this September. She plays the role of "Mantis," a mysterious female serial killer from 20 years ago, who ends up solving a case alongside her son—who’s now a police officer. Fans are already excited to see her transformation in this dark and intense new role!
