Hwasa is going viral for her sweet and generous heart after it was revealed that she gifted her stylist a car for her birthday!
On the July 6 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s Crazy Rich Koreans episode 4, Hwasa was seen on her North American tour, traveling with her team from New York to Boston.
During the bus ride, Hwasa kept spirits high by suggesting a fun game for the team. “Let’s use this break to do a team quiz show,” she said.
“The team with the most correct answers will get a rest stop voucher!” Her dancer team ended up winning, and Hwasa handed them a card, saying, “Use this freely at the rest stop.”
Later, the dancers used the card to buy donuts and sandwiches, enjoying their prize. Watching the footage in the studio, Park Se Ri and Jun Hyun Moo laughed, “That seems worth it. Maybe it’s better to let them sleep instead,” playfully teasing Hwasa.
One dancer shared, “I’ve never seen anyone take care of their team the way Hwasa does. You can feel how sincere she is.”
That’s when a stylist from Hwasa’s outfit team shocked everyone by casually revealing, “She’s always so generous… She even gave me a car as a birthday gift.”
Hwasa looked surprised and embarrassed, asking, “Unnie really said that?”
She then explained, “I’ve worked with unnie for about 10 years. Her old car broke down, and she couldn’t get a new one. I wanted to gift her something helpful, so I gave her a car.”
