Jungkook of BTS continues to prove his global impact as a solo artist with yet another incredible achievement.

His 2024 digital single and fan-dedicated track “Never Let Go,” which he personally wrote, has officially surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify, the world’s largest music platform.

With this, Jungkook now has nine songs under his solo profile with over 200 million streams, including:
“Seven,” “Standing Next to You,” “Left and Right,” “3D,” “Dreamers,” “Stay Alive,” “Still With You,” “Yes or No,” and now “Never Let Go.”

And when you add in his BTS solo tracks “Euphoria” and “My Time,” he has a total of 11 songs that have hit this major milestone — a powerful reminder of his unmatched streaming power.

What’s even more impressive is that “Never Let Go” is a fan song, not a promotional single, yet it earned 34.78 million streams in its first week alone. This makes it the biggest first-week debut for a K-pop solo release in 2024 on Spotify.

The song also performed strongly on the charts:

  • #12 on Billboard Global (Excl. U.S.)
  • #20 on Billboard Global 200
  • On the UK Official Charts, it hit #60 on the Top 100, #3 on the Singles Sales Chart, and even #1 on the Download Chart

Beyond this, Jungkook has already reached five songs with over 500 million streams, and made history as the first Asian solo artist to have three songs over 1 billion streams. He’s also the first K-pop soloist to have 20 songs with over 100 million streams.

In 2024 alone, his personal Spotify account has gained over 1 billion new streams. When combining all of his song credits, Jungkook is now the first K-pop soloist and the fastest Asian soloist ever to hit 9 billion total streams on Spotify.

Jungkook continues to break records left and right — and fans around the world are streaming louder than ever.
