The lovable cells are finally waking up again!

After three long years, Yumi’s Cells is officially coming back for Season 3, and the full cast lineup has been revealed—bringing both familiar faces and exciting new ones!

Kim Go Eun will once again take on the role of Yumi, who is now a successful romance novelist living her dream. But even though her career is thriving, her love life is still full of ups and downs—and that's where the story gets fun again.

In Season 3, the adorable and chaotic Cell Village was starting to calm down... until Kim Jae Won steps in as Soon Rok, shaking everything up! His character is the newest producer in the editing department of Julie Publishing, and while he looks sweet, he's blunt and brutally honest—basically the total opposite of Yumi, whose “emotion cell” tends to take over everything.

Soon Rok may seem like a logic-driven guy, but when he starts interacting with Yumi, their chemistry leads to lots of funny and heartwarming moments.

Other returning cast members include Jeon Seok Ho as editor-in-chief Ahn Dae Yong, and Mi Ram as Yumi’s best friend Lee Da. Lee Yoo Bi is also back as Ruby, the charming troublemaker we all love, while Sung Ji Roo returns as Yumi’s warm-hearted dad Kim Man Sik.

And get ready for some exciting new additions! Choi Daniel joins the cast as Kim Joo Ho, a popular author with a loud personality and a lot of influence. Jo Hye Jung will play Yumi’s bubbly assistant writer Baek Na Hee, and Park Se In steps in as PD Jang, the producer who works closely with Yumi.

The series will continue to explore the emotional rollercoaster of love, career, and personal growth—told through the unique and hilarious world of Yumi’s talking cells.

Yumi’s Cells Season 3 is set to premiere on TVING in 2026, and fans are already buzzing with excitement to see Yumi’s new journey and who will win her heart this time!
