tvN’s weekend drama Our Unwritten Seoul wrapped up with a strong finish, topping its own ratings and leaving a deep impression on viewers.

The final episode, which aired on June 29, achieved a peak viewership rating of 10.3% in Seoul and 9.4% nationwide, according to Nielsen Korea (based on paid platforms including cable, IPTV, and satellite).

The episode's average ratings were 9% in Seoul and 8.4% nationwide, breaking the show’s previous records. It was also the No.1 most-watched show in its time slot, not only on cable but across all channels — including public broadcasters.

Among tvN’s key audience of viewers aged 20 to 49, Our Unwritten Seoul also hit its highest scores yet, recording 4.2% nationwide (peaking at 4.7%) and 3.9% in Seoul (peaking at 4.4%).

Our Unwritten Seoul has been praised for being a comforting and emotional drama that told heartfelt stories of growth, healing, and self-love.

It showed how people with painful pasts could move forward toward a better future, connecting with viewers on a personal level.

Throughout its run, the drama continued to trend at the top of TV-OTT buzz rankings and built strong popularity online, with over 200 million video views.

Much of the credit goes to Park Bo Young, who played dual roles as Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae — twin sisters with very different personalities.

Her powerful acting gave life to each character and drew viewers in every week. Park Jin Young and Ryu Kyung Soo also received love for their warm and charming performances.
