
Go Hyun Jung is keeping things light and healthy — even when it comes to late-night snacks!
On June 24 around 10 PM KST, the veteran actress took to her social media to share a simple photo with the caption, “What should I drink after eating boiled eggs?” The photo showed two perfectly boiled eggs, served with just a little salt and pepper on the side.
Fans were quick to praise her clean and balanced food choice. Comments included, “This is so Go Hyun Jung—simple but healthy,” and “I wish I had her self-control when it comes to late-night eating.”

Known for her tall height of 172cm and slim figure, many fans noted that her small, protein-packed meals probably play a big role in her overall health and appearance.
Earlier this year, fans were concerned after Go Hyun Jung appeared noticeably thinner. It was later revealed she had undergone major surgery in December due to a sudden health issue. Thankfully, she made a strong comeback in January when she resumed filming for the SBS Friday-Saturday drama Mantis. She completed filming in February and is currently taking a well-deserved break.
While some stars go all out with fancy meals, Go Hyun Jung’s minimal two-egg snack is a reminder that sometimes, less is more — especially when it comes to health.
