G Dragon finally cleared up the dating rumors with TWICE’s Sana — and it turns out the surprising person who gave him their phone number wasn’t her, but broadcaster Dex!
On June 5, the YouTube show Dex and Sana’s Cold Interview aired, featuring G-Dragon as a guest. The trio showed great chemistry during the fun interview.
Dex, who calls himself a “boy fan,” openly shared his admiration for G-Dragon. He even gave him a bouquet and a handwritten letter with his personal phone number inside. Dex shyly asked, “Can I be saved in your phone contacts?” making G-Dragon smile awkwardly and joke, “I thought you two came to see a teacher on Teacher’s Day.”
Dex also revealed how nervous he was meeting G-Dragon, saying, “Even when I meet many female idols, I’ve never been this nervous, but today I really am,” showing his true fan heart and surprising the star.
He shared a funny story about watching G-Dragon’s powerful stage at the 2023 MAMA Awards. Dex said, “I planned to just attend and leave, but the stage was so strong I couldn’t leave. It was a culture shock.” G-Dragon laughed and replied, “The Dex I saw on TV was very manly, but that day I thought he was senior singer Jo Sung Mo.”
Meanwhile, G-Dragon recently explained the rumors about dating Sana. He said, “The SNS tags were just friendly gestures after filming a variety show.” Their appearance on the show confirmed their relationship is just a natural TV connection — nothing more.
In the end, the real phone number exchange was between G-Dragon and his passionate boy fan, Dex, not Sana.
